Getting to the Panweg
By car: from the A28 take exit Zeist (Den Dolder/Zeist-Noord) or from the A12 exit Driebergen/Zeist and follow the signs to Zeist; the Panweg is on the east side of Zeist, towards Driebergen and Austerlitz. From Driebergen, De Bilt and Bilthoven it is about ten minutes, from the Utrecht Science Park and Soesterberg about fifteen, from Utrecht centre twenty to twenty-five. Parking is free on our own car park at the entrance.
By public transport: buses from Utrecht Centraal and Driebergen-Zeist station stop within walking distance; the Zeist bus station is a ten-minute cycle. By bike you reach us through the Zeisterbos.
Accessible for everyone
The entrance, treatment rooms and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and there is accessible parking at the door. Tell us in advance if you need extra time or help.
Home visits
If you cannot come to the practice after surgery or because of illness, your physiotherapist visits you at home in Zeist and the surrounding villages. A referral from a doctor is required for home visits; the rate is 85 euros for the first visit and 67 euros for follow-ups.

Step 1: Move
First we restore movement. Pain makes you guard the area, and a joint or muscle that is not used stiffens further. Hands-on treatment, mobilisation and the first gentle exercises get you moving again, usually within the first two or three sessions.
Step 2: Strengthen
Then we build strength and stability. In our exercise room at the Panweg you train the muscles that protect the joint, with a programme set by your physiotherapist and adjusted every visit. This is the part that makes the result last.
Step 3: Function
Finally we make it work in daily life: lifting, sitting at a desk, running, playing with your children. You leave with a short home programme and advice on posture and load, so you know what to do if the complaint ever returns.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No. Physiotherapy in the Netherlands is directly accessible. A referral is only needed for home visits and for chronic-list conditions reimbursed from basic insurance.
How far in advance can I book?
Online you can book several weeks ahead. For an acute complaint, call us and we look for the first free slot, often within a few days.
Is there an evening appointment?
Yes, on Monday and Thursday we are open until 21:00.
Can I bring someone to the appointment?
Yes. A partner, parent or friend is welcome in the consultation, and useful if you want someone to hear the plan with you.
